Most big store chains will these days ask you to apply online rather than in store. In fact some places won't even let you even attempt to let you apply in store. They shoo you away and tell you to apply online. Problem with this is what if you website goes down or has problems? What happens is you don't have anyone to hire because no one can apply through your website and you have no applications on paper because you won't accept them in store!!! ARRGGHH!!!!!!!
