Game of the Year Countdown!!! NUMBER TWO

Well we are nearing the Number ONE Game of the Year now, so lets do a recap on what we've had so far:

10. League of Legends
9. Halo Reach
8. Red Dead Redemption
7. God of War 3
6. Bioshock 2
5. Heavy Rain
4. Rockband 3
3. Starcraft 2

Sitting happily as my#2 Game of the Year is: Assassin's Creed Brotherhood

For those of you who have yet to play the Assassin's Creed series, you still have a lot to experience.  The game world is full of fun, and I have yet to find a game which has a more entertaining free roaming environment.

In AC Brotherhood you play again as Ezio Auditore, the now leader of the assassin order.  Lots of things (which I am not going to spoil) happen and you go to Rome, where your goal is to get rid of the current big threat to the assassin order: The Pope and his family (oh how I love this game =D).

I basically said everything I wanted to say in my Assassin's Creed Brotherhood review for November I shall do my best to condense all of that in here for you!

Brotherhood is actually the first game in the Assassin's Creed series to embrace the world of multiplayer.  Now while playing Assassin's Creed 1, a friend of mine suggested that multiplayer would be amusingly fun, but I couldn't picture it. Every time I thought of AC and Multiplayer I just pictured a bunch of idiots running around on rooftops stabbing each other in the face completely ignoring their actual mission objectives.  However multiplayer in Brotherhood turns out to be a bunch of people (dressed as NPCs) running around on rooftops stabbing each other in the face, WHICH IS YOUR EXACT OBJECTIVE!!!!  The multiplayer is so fun I think on it's own it can justify buying this game.

As for the single player, I've already said a bit but it directly continues off of the end of the story in AC2.  The big major difference is that in Brotherhood Desmond actually starts to get a little character development so he isn't Mr. Desmond McBland, the most uncharacterized character in the universe!!

Brotherhood is an excitingly fun game, that I feel everyone can enjoy (unless you hate seeing people stabbed...then you might not like it so much!) which has it end up as my #2 Game of the Year!!

#1 is tomorrow everybody!!!!!
