Here is what you have to do:
Get the decimal ASCII code for every letter in "Geek of the Week" and add them together. Then I need to average of that number which needs to be converted into Binary. Invert the binary result and convert it back to decimal. Then subtract that from the original average of the added ASCII codes. Finally subtract the number of shows I did in October of 2011. The number you are left with is your answer.
